UTC Connect is an online information portal that was specially developed for Public Mutual's UTCs and PRCs. UTCs/PRCs are highly encouraged to log in to this portal to monitor their business as well as to keep themselves updated on the Company’s latest announcements, news and more.
Access to UTC Connect is available free of charge to all UTCs/PRCs upon successful registration as a UTC Connect subscriber.
Access outside Malaysia
UTCs/PRCs can access to Public Mutual UTC Connect from outside of Malaysia/ overseas to view information. However, if UTCs/PRCs wish to perform any transactions they are required to have a Malaysian mobile service number and access to international call roaming service in order to receive the PAC.
How do prospective UTCs register for UTC Connect?
During registration as a UTC, the applicant would complete details required for sign up of UTC Connect services as it has been incorporated into the UTC's Application Form. The UTC Connect application will be processed within 3 working days upon the issuance of new UTC Code.

How do existing users reapply for UTC Connect?

Once the UTC Connect account (i.e. user id and password) is processed, an email notification* with the subject line ‘UTC Connect Access’ from ‘utcconnect@publicmutual.com.my’ will be sent to UTCs/PRCs’ registered email address.
UTCs/PRCs can perform first time login and simultaneously set up a new user ID and password according to the simple step-by-step guide provided in the email:-

Click on the hyperlink - 'Click here to register UTC Connect online!'.

Enter all the information required.

For prospective UTCs who had just received their UTC Code i.e. Your UTC Connect 'User ID' will be defaulted to UTC Code. The default user ID can be found from the email notification. |

For existing users, their new user ID contain variable numbers generated by the system. Therefore, existing users must refer to the latest email notification for new User ID. |
Thereafter, tick the 'Terms and Conditions' checkbox and click on 'Agree' button after going through the ‘Terms and Conditions’.

Click on 'Next' button to proceed.

Enter all the information required (Verification Code will be sent to your registered email) and then click on the hyperlink - 'Request PAC' to obtain the PAC No. from your registered mobile number.

Click on 'Confirm' button to complete the process.

Upon the successful login, UTCs/PRCs may browse through UTC Connect and get the latest info and update from Public Mutual.
Notes:-
*If UTCs/PRCs didn’t receive the email notification, they may opt for either one of the following methods:-
- Try to search if the email subject line ‘UTC Connect Access’ from ‘utcconnect@publicmutual.com.my’ is in the Spam/ Junk folder.
- Check if the email address registered with us is correct. Recruiter can check on the downline’s registered email address in their CAMS2. If it’s correct then UTCs/PRCs may proceed to item (3) below.
- Proceed to click on 'Click here to register UTC Connect online!' at the login page (www.publicmutualutcconnect.com.my) to perform first time login and also simultaneously set up a new user ID and password.

Complete the UTC Connect Application Form available at any Public Mutual branch. The UTC Connect application will be processed within 3 working days upon Public Mutual Headquarters receives the application form from the branch. Go to

Notes:-
- Password Criteria
- Password must be at least between 8 to 12 characters long.
- Password must contain combination of alphabet (upper and lower case), special character(!@#$%) and numeric characters only.
- Password is case sensitive, e.g. "APPLE123" is different from "apple123".
- User ID is not case sensitive.
- Existing user ID and password can still be used even though UTCs/PRCs did not login for a long time e.g. more than 1 year. However, UTCs/PRCs are advised to change the password every 6 months due to security reasons.
- UTCs/PRCs are given only three (3) attempts to log in to UTC Connect using correct user ID and password. If the third attempt is still unsuccessful, the user ID and password will be locked for security reasons. Therefore, UTCs/PRCs will need to reset the user ID and/or password online.
